Production Packer

We are currently recruiting for a Production Packer to join a well-established injection moulding business based in Corby. Specialising in the manufacture of kitchen components, this company offers excellent training, flexibility, and the opportunity to secure a permanent role after a successful temp-to-perm period.

Location: Corby
Shift: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 (all hours paid)
Pay: Circa. -25,000 (with pay increases over time)
Contract: Temp to Perm

Duties:

• Packaging items directly from the production line
• Boxing and labelling finished products
• Moving boxes onto pallets and wrapping pallets securely
• Completing basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Counting and recording products accurately
• Following order notes and instructions
• Supporting the wider production team when required

The ideal candidate must:

• Have previous experience in logistics, packing, or production (preferred)
• Be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Have strong attention to detail and reliability
• Be willing to learn and undergo training for further development
