Production Operative

Position: Production Line Bakery AssistantVanta Staffing is currently seeking 5 Production Line Bakery Assistants to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for baking or food production, and a strong work ethic. You will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations, ensuring high-quality products and maintaining a smooth workflow.Please note that this is a fast-paced working environment.Location: Iver, BuckinghamshirePay: £12.21 per hourShifts: 06:00 AM - 14:00 PM07:00 AM -15:00 PM10:00 AM -18:00 PM14:00 PM - 22:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, baking, and packaging of bakery products.Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Requirements: Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus, but not essential (training will be provided).Flexibility to work alternating shifts as required.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Good physical stamina, as the role may involve standing for extended periods and some lifting.Punctuality and reliability are essential.
