Production Operative - Outskirts of Colchester 12.62 per hour 4 on 4 off shifts Temp to Perm OpportunityPrime Appointments are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a successful and expanding company on the outskirts of Colchester, producing high-quality food products.This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with excellent prospects for progression.All appplicants must have their own transport.Key Responsibilities:Work across various stages of the production line - including loading, checking, and unloadingEnsure the smooth and continuous running of the production processMaintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping throughout all tasksFollow all legal and company food hygiene requirementsAssist with internal audits and quality checksSupport other departments such as warehouse and dispatch when needed Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environmentA flexible and proactive attitude to both duties and working hoursStrong communication skills - written and verbalA desire to learn and progress within the businessOwn transport (due to rural location)Ability to work overtime when requiredBe local to the Colchester area Working Hours and Pay:4 on, 4 off shift pattern - 7:00am to 6:00pm (includes weekend shifts) 12.62 per hourOvertime available at enhanced ratesFree on-site parkingLong-term progression opportunitiesTemporary to permanent role for the right candidate If you are interested in this Production ..... full job details .....
