The Role - Production / Assembly Operative, based in BrackleyAs a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the assembly and production of high-quality components and products, ensuring all work is completed to strict quality and safety standards.Key responsibilities include:Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain consistent outputAssembling plastic enclosure components using adhesive bonding techniques (including MEK and glue)Aligning, positioning, and pressing components accurately in line with technical drawings and specificationsInspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsMonitoring production output and reporting any issues to supervisorsSupporting quality control checks and contributing to continuous improvement initiativesMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with health and safety regulations Key Skills and ExperienceExperience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly role (minimum 1 year preferred)Familiarity with adhesive bonding, solvent welding, ..... full job details .....
