About the Role
Working as a Production Operative in Telford, you will join a team based in Stafford Park, earning £12.71 per hour with a pay increase after twelve weeks. We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy team based in Stafford Park.
Pay: £12.71 per hour (Pay increase after 12 weeks)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

Position: Temporary ongoing, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate
The Role
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving heavy lifting and manual work. Your duties will include:
- Unloading pallets and putting stock away
- Wrapping, stacking and storing panels
- Measuring, strapping and cutting steel parts
- Operating machinery – full training will be provided
- General warehouse and production duties
- Ensuring stock is handled and stored safely
The successful candidate will:
- Be comfortable with heavy lifting and manual work
- Be able to use and read a tape measure (millimetres)
- Have a good attitude and willingness to learn
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be comfortable working as part of a busy team
- Forklift licence is desirable, but not essential
