Production Operative - Market Drayton 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights) Starting Salary £32,011 We are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to join our Market Drayton site as part of Müller''s UK Manufacturing Operation. Due to ongoing site expansion at Market Drayton, we''re growing our teams and looking for individuals to help us produce high-quality products efficiently while meeting operational standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities Operating manufacturing machinery in line with procedures Supporting a strong Health and Safety culture Meeting production and waste targets Minimising machine downtime and supporting basic maintenance Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards Identifying faults and escalating issues promptly Demonstrating flexibility across tasks and shifts About You Experience within a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing desirable) Good mechanical aptitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Awareness of Health and Safety and food ..... full job details .....
