We''ll teach you.We''re looking for Production Operatives to join our team at Origin''s modern powder-coating facility in Bicester.There are a variety of roles across our production process, from preparing products for painting and working on our paint line, through to rolling, taping and finishing. You don''t need to know how to do any of this already - we''ll provide the training you need.What we do need are people who are reliable, willing to learn and take pride in doing a good job. What you''ll be doingDepending on where you work within the team, this could include:Preparing orders - picking and preparing aluminium ready for productionPre-treatment and paint line - preparing and powder coating our aluminium productsFinishing - rolling, taping, assembling and preparing finished productsQuality checking - making sure our products meet the standards our customers expect What we''re looking forPrevious manufacturing experience is welcome, but it isn''t essential.
