This is a Production Operative role, playing a critical part in the operation of an established market-leading business. Working within a poultry manufacturing environment, you will support the processing and production of fresh chicken products as part of a fast-paced food operation.

This is ongoing production operative work with a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for reliable and committed candidates. Our client is eager to develop the next generation of team leaders and managers and will provide training and upskilling to those who want to progress their careers.

Your responsibilities as a Production Operative
  • Support production across multiple areas of the manufacturing process
  • Working as part of a team to exceed production targets
  • Handling fresh chicken products within a poultry processing environment
  • Operating within Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines
  • Support continual improvement initiatives and reporting
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and quality at all times

  • Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided

Working hours

The twilight shift works from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 15:00 to 22:30
  • Friday: 14:30 to 21:30
  • Saturday: 09:30 to 17:00
