About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembly Production Operative to build, assemble, and test specialized electronics and hardware assemblies. You will work within a light manufacturing environment ensuring high-quality standard operating procedures are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies following engineering drawings and work instructions.
  
  
• Perform basic wiring, soldering, crimping, and cable harness assembly.
  
  
• Conduct functional testing and visual inspection of completed products.
  
  
• Maintain safety standards, keep workspace organized, and log completion of production batch records.
  
  

• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or electronics manufacturing.
  
  
• Proficiency with hand tools, soldering irons, and precision measuring instruments.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and basic computer skills.
