Production Operative

MET Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for an established client based in the Kingswinford area.The successful candidate can potentially be taken on permanently after a successful probation period.Duties Operate production machinery and equipment safely and correctlyPrepare, process, and pack food products according to specificationsAdhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all timesMaintain a clean and tidy work area in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standardsSupport line changeovers and cleaning activitiesReport equipment faults, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisorsWork as part of a team to achieve production and operational goals Skills and Requirements Good communication, need for basic English and teamwork skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAttention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, punctual, and flexible approach to workAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment Desirable Previous experience in a food manufacturing environmentExperience operating production machinery Working hours 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday Pay Rate £13.33 per hour (paying 37.5 hours per week) If you feel you are suitable for this role, please call us on (phone number removed) and ask to speak to the Industrial team.We also encourage to apply with your CV, thank you!
