About the Role

As a Production Operative in Leicestershire, you will join a temporary assignment based in Stoney Stanton, LE9 4JJ, working Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 16:00, including a 30-minute unpaid break. This role offers £14.07 per hour for a 42.5-hour week, with overtime paid at £21.10. You will receive full training, free on-site parking, and provided PPE. Manual handling is a core part of this position, so physical capability is essential. Candidates must hold a full driving licence. Expectations of the role

  • Successful candidates will require a full driving licence.
  • Experience in production, manufacture, construction, or labouring highly beneficial
  • Manual handling and movement of gas cylinders up too a maximum weight of 47kgs
  • Working outdoors in all weathers - resilience is key
  • Physical work load
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow strict control and quality procedures

Responsibilities

  • Delivering targets set by production leadership at the start of the shift.
  • Safely operate process to meet production targets. Rotate on Cylinder filling, maintenance and inspection activities as required by production leadership.
  • Loading and unloading cylinder vehicles as required.
  • Perform any Cylinder re-qualification activities as requested.
  • Ensure client standards are adhered to during the filling process.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the yard area.
