Salary: -27,378 per annum + PM Shift allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday 14.00- 22.00 (Fri 13.00-20.00)

Whilst training 6.00-14.00 shift

We are recruiting for a Trainee Production Operative to join an established business offering full training and the opportunity to learn specialist production processes.

This could suit someone looking to start a career within a hands-on production environment or someone looking to develop their existing skills.

The Role

• Learning to operate specialist production equipment
• Preparing components for processing
• Following work instructions and specifications
• Carrying out visual and quality checks
• Ensuring work meets required quality standards
• Completing basic production documentation
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Following health and safety procedures
• Working as part of the wider production team

• Previous manufacturing, production or engineering experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
