Production Operative

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity offering excellent work-life balance, a competitive starting salary, and a clear pay increase following a successful probation period.Location: Corby Hours: Friday to Sunday, 18:00 - 06:00 (36 hours per week) Pay: 14.00 per hour, increasing to 14.50 per hour after a successful 4-month probation (subject to attendance and performance) Training: Six days of paid day-shift training over two weeks before moving onto the permanent weekend night shift Contract: Temp to PermDuties:Operate and monitor injection moulding machinery throughout the shiftUnload finished products from machineryCarry out visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specificationReport any machine faults or production issues to the relevant supervisorPack finished products ready for dispatchMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentFollow all health and safety and production proceduresThe ideal candidate must:Have previous experience within a manufacturing or production environmentBe reliable with excellent attendance and ..... full job details .....
