Trainee Production Operative

Impact Recruitment are looking for two permanent trainee production operatives to work for a local business who offer great career development opportunities. This role requires No Experience, you just simply need a great attitude and the ability to drive to get to their site. This is a role that involves full training.

This is a night shift vacancy that involves training on a day shift for serveral months.

You will need access to your own transport as this company are based in a rural location.

Role: Trainee Production Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm for training & Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am once trained

Pay: -13.48 (Day shift) -17.53 (Night Shift once trained)

Location: Northampton (Rural location)

Daily Duties:

• Operating and using manufacturing equipment
• Ensure all equipment is always kept clean
• Confirming paperwork making sure they are correct
• Working to strict procedures and processes
• Using raw materials to manufacture products
• Making sure completed jobs are quality checked
• Complete paperwork as required
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

Skills and Knowledge required

• Production or manufacturing experience is prefered but not essential
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Excellent self-motivation
• Good IT skills and literacy
• Excellent Numeracy skills
• Must be able to drive to get to site
