Production Operative

Impact Recruitment are looking for a permanent production operative to work for a local business who offer great career development opportunities. This role offers full training, you just simply need a great attitude and the ability to drive to get to their site. Any hands on experience would be beneficial.

You will need access to your own transport as this company are based in a rural location.

Role: Production Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Salary: -27,615

Location: Northampton (Rural location)

Daily Duties:

• Operating and using manufacturing equipment
• Ensure all equipment is always kept clean
• Confirming paperwork making sure they are correct
• Working to strict procedures and processes
• Using raw materials to manufacture products
• Making sure completed jobs are quality checked
• Complete paperwork as required
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

Skills and Knowledge required

• Production or manufacturing experience is prefered but not essential
• Comfortable with heavy lifting
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Excellent self-motivation
• Good IT skills and literacy
• Excellent Numeracy skills
• Must be able to drive to get to site
