Duties Safely lift, move, and position heavy sheets of metal using appropriate manual or powered tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and tooling to cut, shape, grind, and finish sheet metal components Assist with fabrication tasks such as welding, grinding, and assembling metal parts according to specifications Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design standards Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols at all times during heavy lifting, fabrication, and assembly tasks Qualifications Experience with fabrication processes including grinding, welding, or sheet metal work is preferred Mechanical knowledge or background in working with hand tools and tooling Ability to lift heavy objects safely and consistently ..... full job details .....
