The Role
As a Production Operative, you''ll be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process, helping to ensure products are produced, packed and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and handling ingredients and raw materials
• Supporting production activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Moving pallets and stock safely throughout the site
• Packing finished products ready for dispatch
• Loading, unloading and stacking products as required
• Assisting with the operation of production machinery
• Following food safety, hygiene and quality procedures
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets

We''re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys hands-on, physical work
• Can work efficiently in a busy production environment
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Is reliable, punctual and committed to high standards
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or food industry experience (preferred but not essential)

Food Hygiene Level 2 and HACCP Level 2 qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
