PRODUCTION OPERATIVES WANTED BRANDONLooking for a full-time role with a fantastic 3-day weekend every week?We re currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing cosmetics manufacturing company in Brandon.This is a great opportunity to get into manufacturing or build on your existing production experience, with consistent hours and a great work-life balance.Working Hours Monday Thursday18 00That means you ll have every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.What will you be doing? Your day-to-day duties will include: Operating production and packing machineryFilling, labelling and packaging cosmetic productsCarrying out quality checksSupporting general production and packing dutiesKeeping the production area clean, tidy and organisedFollowing all health, safety and hygiene procedures What are we looking for? You don''t necessarily need previous manufacturing experience, as full training can be provided.We''re looking for people who are: Reliable and punctualHardworking with a positive attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to follow instructions and proceduresHave good attention to detailHappy working as part of a team Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or packing experience would be an advantage, but isn''t essential.What''s in it for you?
