Production Operative

Production Operative Near Needham Market Temp to perm Monday to Friday, day shifts £13.50per hour Hales Group are recruiting for a Production Operative to join an expanding manufacturing team and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work alongside a skilled and friendly team. You would be provided with full training to help you succeed within the role. This position is a key role in ensuring our products meet high quality standards before they leave the workshop. You will be working with a variety of air driven and power tools to trim components to precise specifications. No prior experience is required, just confidence using power tools. Full training, workwear and breathing equipment will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Trimming components to define lines or jigs using power tools Assisting in moving finished components from the trim shop to packing Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and ensure machinery is kept in good condition Inspecting finished products for quality and defects Due to the rural location of this role and limited public transport, you will require your own transport.
