Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Mildenhall
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Salary: -27,000 - -30,000 per year (depending on experience)
Compass Point Recruitment is working with a fantastic client in Mildenhall who are looking for a Production Operative to join their growing team. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, providing a great opportunity to secure a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general production duties
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Supporting the smooth running of the production process
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
- Committed, reliable, and hardworking
- Strong communicator with good teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Previous experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical or chemical industries
- HACCP knowledge would be a strong advantage
