Production Operative

Production Operatives Required We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing company. The successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to accurately follow technical drawings and work instructions. This role involves standing for extended periods throughout the day, so a good level of physical fitness is essential. Previous experience within an engineering, electrical, manufacturing, or SMT (Surface Mount Technology) environment would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided, and experience is not essential. Key Requirements: Excellent attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination Ability to follow precise drawings and instructions Reliable and hardworking attitude Good level of physical fitness Previous engineering, electrical, manufacturing, or SMT experience (desirable but not essential) We offer a variety of shift patterns to suit different availability.
