Production Operative (Electronics Manufacturing)

Pay Rate: -15.25 per hour (standard hours)

Hours: 37 hours per week

• Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
• Friday: 07:00 - 12:00

Late Shift

• Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
• Friday: 11:45 - 17:45

We''re currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our client based in Eastbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone with a light manufacturing background looking for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building small products to specification
• Packing finished items ready for dispatch
• Carrying out specialist product cleaning (not standard cleaning)
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Working independently while managing workload effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a light manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Good reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
