Production Operative Days and Nights

Teamwork Partnership is recruiting on behalf of our client for Production Operatives to join a busy chilled food manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. You will be involved in the preparation, manufacturing, assembly and packing of chilled food products, ensuring all products meet customer specifications and company standards. The Role As a Production Operative, your duties will include: Preparing, assembling and packing chilled food products Handling food products safely and following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Checking products meet required quality and customer specifications Maintaining excellent hygiene and housekeeping standards Working safely and following Health and Safety and COSHH procedures Maximising production output while maintaining quality and safety Helping to minimise product and packaging waste Completing production paperwork accurately and on time Reporting any food safety or quality concerns immediately Working closely with colleagues and other departments to keep production running efficiently.
