Job Title: Production Operative
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Stevenage
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am-5pm & Friday, 7am-2pm
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
 
Our award-winning client based in Stevenage are currently seeking a highly skilled Production Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. They successful candidate must come from a Production/Manufacturing background, and have strong skills within using Power Tools and ability to read and understand technical drawings. 
 
Main duties as a Production Operative:
- Gluing parts together for different products
- Dipping plastics into primer and special paints
- Making foam for different packaging
- Reading & understanding technical drawings
- Using different hand and power tools for specific jobs/tasks
 
What''s needed as a Production Operative:
- Previous experience working within a Production/Manufacturing environment
- Previous experience using Hand & Power tools
- Ability to read & understand technical drawings
- Open to wearing specific PPE such as an ABEK Mask
- Strong team playing skills along within a high level of communication with team members across same and other departments
