What You''ll Do:

• Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing our delicious finished products.
• Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure seamless and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules and targets.
• Participate in regular shift-related meetings, sharing critical information to enhance our operations.

What You''ll Need:

• A desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training-your growth is important to us!
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude to adapt to various tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy-every little bit counts in our production line!
• Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
• A valid right to work in the UK.
