What You''ll Do:
- Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing our delicious finished products.
- Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure seamless and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules and targets.
- Participate in regular shift-related meetings, sharing critical information to enhance our operations.
What You''ll Need:
- A desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training-your growth is important to us!
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Good communication skills and a flexible attitude to adapt to various tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy-every little bit counts in our production line!
- Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
- A valid right to work in the UK.
