Production Operative

Job Description: Must have a driving licence as this is not on a bus route Day shift - Starting tomorrow 0600 Monday to Thursday 6am-6pm We are looking for a Production Operative for a rapidly growing food manufacturing business, trading over multiple categories within the chilled and frozen fixtures supplying all major retailers. In a relatively modest factory, we can produce up to 100,000 meals a week and we need reliable and committed individuals to join our diverse team! 3 days off each week (no weekend working) Nutritious on-site meals Free Parking Company Pension Employee Recognition Scheme Comprehensive Training Portfolio Candidate Referral Programme Additional day off on your birthday Job Responsibilities Loading machines with raw ingredients Product assembly on the line Packing of finished products Quality checking at all stages of production Ensuring correct product labelling Working clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene standards Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Previous experience of working in a food manufacturing environment is an advantage, however no experience is necessary, all training will be provided Physically able to stand for long periods Able to maintain strong attention to detail whilst continuously quality checking products Looking for a long-term position Reliable and able to commit to the relevant shift pattern.
