Production Operative 16.40 per hour 3-Months with Potential Extension Rotating Days and Nights Tadcaster (LS24) Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a leading drinks manufacturer in Tadcaster. Offering an excellent hourly rate, structured training and the opportunity to extend beyond the initial contract, this is a great opportunity for candidates with FMCG, food production or manufacturing experience. As a Production Operative, you will support the bottling and packaging operation, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:Operating and monitoring production machineryKeeping manufacturing lines supplied with materials and packagingCarrying out quality checks and recording results accuratelyUsing digital systems to record production dataMoving materials and finished products across the siteSupporting housekeeping, cleaning and basic machine maintenance activitiesFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesContributing to continuous improvement initiativesShift Pattern Panama shift rotation:2 on / 2 off, then 3 on / 3 offDays: 06:00 - 18:00Nights: 18:00 - 06:00Rotating days and nightsTo be considered for this Production Operative role, you should have:Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operative, Process Operator or similarFMCG, food manufacturing or drinks manufacturing experienceExperience working on fast-paced production ..... full job details .....
