Production Operative

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our key Department.Role Overview:As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating operating machinery to convert large rolls of material into smaller, customer-specific sizes. You will play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are consistently met. 13 - 13.50 per hourMonday to Friday shifts on rotation 6am - 2pm 8am - 4pm2pm - 10pm Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor slitting machines safely and efficientlySet up machinery according to job specificationsMeasure, cut, and rewind materials Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standardsRecord production data accuratelyIdentify and report faults, defects, or machine issuesMaintain a clean and organised work areaAdhere to all health and safety procedures at all timesWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet targetsSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)Experience operating machinery (slitting experience desirable but not essential)Good attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and reliabilityBasic numeracy and literacy skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPersonal Attributes:Positive and proactive attitudeWillingness to learn and develop new skillsFlexible approach to ..... full job details .....
