Production Operative (Dayshift)

Location: Lawgrove Place, Perth
Pay Rate: -12.80 per hour (increasing to -14.08 per hour if moved onto double day shifts)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary with ongoing, long-term potential
Start Date: ASAP

The role

As a Production Operative, you''ll play a key part in creating high-quality finished products. You''ll work within a busy production environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Your duties will include:

• Assembling small components and parts
• Carrying out glazing processes, including dipping products into chemical tanks
• Loading and unloading glazing kilns
• Using hand tools and carrying out basic quality checks
• Following production processes and health and safety procedures
• Manual handling and movement of materials
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Supporting the wider production team where required
