Production Operative

Location: KinrossPay: 13.50 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client based in Kinross. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and well-established business with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Please note: Due to the rural location of the site and limited public transport links, candidates must have access to their own transport. Working HoursShifts vary between 8 and 12 hours, depending on seasonal workload and business requirements.Overtime available and paid after 8 hours worked per day Key ResponsibilitiesOperating production machinery safely and efficiently.Supporting day-to-day production activities to meet operational targets.Assisting with general warehouse, yard, and production duties.Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies.Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of operations.
