Key responsibilities include: Leading a multidisciplinary team to meet operational KPIs across safety, quality, cost, and service. Minimising downtime by addressing production issues swiftly and effectively. Collaborating with planners to meet production and quality targets. Ensuring on-time and bio-secure deliveries in coordination with the transport team. Managing budgets and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies. Championing continuous improvement initiatives across the site. About You: Proven experience managing a production facility in a manufacturing or team-based environment.
