This particular role is based at our Bakkavor Salads Bo''ness site, which employs over 1,000 people and produces food-to-go salads and salad accompaniments to a number of customers. It is located 3.5 miles from Linlithgow and 8 miles to Falkirk. About the role. Accountabilities within the role would include: Using Continuous Improvement tools and techniques e.g. Performance Improvement Plans, team result plans, value stream mapping, line balancing and problem solving, utilising the Bakkavor Operating System e.g. RedZone to ensure that targets are met and regularly challenged / improved upon.
