You ll play a key role in maintaining high production standards, achieving output targets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement on site.Key Responsibilities of a Production Manager Manage daily production operations to meet volume, quality, and cost targets.Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and operators.Drive adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc.).Work closely with Planning, Maintenance, and Quality teams to optimize production schedules and minimize downtime.Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor KPIs and use data to identify and address performance gaps.Manage resource planning, training, and performance evaluations within the production team.
