This long-running Manufacturing business delivers feed solutions to clients across the agricultural sector, forming close relationships with farmers and combining their agricultural heritage with technical knowledge to deliver high-quality products. In this role you will have overall responsibility for a production plant using mills to create a variety of animal feeds, leading day-to-day operations and ensuring quality, safety and delivery targets are met while motivating and upskilling production staff. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years'' production or manufacturing leadership experience in the FMCG or Agricultural/Fresh Produce sectors, and they will have an engaged, supportive approach to management where they are comfortable leading from the front. This is the perfect role for someone who would prefer to make a larger and more visible impact in a smaller and more relaxed business rather than being a ''cog in the wheel'' at a larger corporation.
