The Role

• Lead and develop a multi-shift production team.

• Drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity across the manufacturing operation.

• Plan resources to maximise efficiency and meet customer demand.

• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Warehousing.

• Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Organised, proactive and focused on delivering results.

• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience would be advantageous.
