This role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence and leadership within our production facilities. If you are passionate about leading teams and driving production efficiency, we invite you to apply and contribute to our family-run business that values trust, teamwork, and care for our people.Day-to-day of the role:Oversee daily operations of the wash facilities and pre-pack area to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.Coordinate with Team Leaders to manage workflow, shift planning, and resource allocation.Monitor and optimize line performance, including packs per minute, packaging usage, checkweigher outputs, and camera grading system.Ensure all production activities comply with BRC Global Standards and internal quality protocols.Promote a culture of safety and ensure all team members adhere to health and safety policies.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Provide daily and weekly updates to the Operations Manager on KPIs, staffing, and issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in a production management role within a similar industry.Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop team leaders.Knowledge of BRC Global Standards and compliance ..... full job details .....
