As Production Manager, you ll lead and develop Team Leaders and shopfloor teams while driving Lean / Kaizen improvements to boost efficiency, reduce rejects, and improve line performance. The Production Manager position offers real ownership across productivity, quality, hygiene and HandS, making it ideal for a hands-on leader who wants visibility and impact in a growing packaging business.
