Production Manager

We are recruiting a Production Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business, supporting a diverse range of customers across multiple sectors.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production leader who can motivate and develop teams, drive operational performance and ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and health and safety across the manufacturing environment.The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of production, ensuring teams are organised, targets are achieved and continuous improvement is encouraged throughout the operation.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, improving manufacturing performance and taking ownership of operational standards.
