Production Manager - live events

We are looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Production Manager to join our live events team.Project Management and DeliveryManage multiple live event projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads and adapting to changing requirements.Oversee all stages of production, from initial brief and planning through to on-site delivery and post-event evaluation.Coordinate technical production requirements across lighting, audio, video, staging, rigging, power and scenic elements.Manage on-site operations, including load-in, installation, live event delivery and load-out.Technical Production and DesignInterpret client briefs and translate creative concepts into practical technical production plans.Produce technical drawings using AutoCAD, alongside equipment specifications, schematics and production plots where required.Work collaboratively with technical specialists to develop suitable production designs.Prepare technical proposals, budgets and drawings to support client pitches and new business opportunities Budgeting and Commercial ManagementPrepare accurate project budgets, quotations and costings using rental management and project planning software.Monitor project expenditure and resources to ensure delivery remains within agreed budgets.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, maximise resources and enhance project profitability.Health, Safety and ComplianceEnsure all projects comply with relevant Health and Safety legislation, regulations and company ..... full job details .....
