Senior Event Technican / Production Manager

Location - International Travel, Remote

Salary - -40,000 - -50,000 + Bonus

Full time permanent role

Our client who is a well known and reputable AV Technoology provider to a major global sporting event. Due to continued success, they are looking for an experienced AV Technician who can lead a team and manage a client.

Duties:

• Set up and test sound, lighting and video equipment
• Liaise with clients
• Manage a team of event technicians
• Carry out pre-event safety checks, troubleshoot and resolve problems with existing systems.
• Operate equipment during events.
• Pack up equipment at a venue ready for storage or transportation.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain AV equipment to ensure it is in optimal condition.
• Work closely with other technical crew members, freelance staff and event organizers.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols during equipment setup and operation

Experience:

• Demonstrable working knowledge and experience in the operation of video, audio and lighting
• An understanding or awareness of relevant Health & Safety requirements is desirable.
• You will be naturally resourceful demonstrating the ability to identify issues and proactively resolve problems.
