Key Recruitment have a new opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join a home improvement manufacturer and supplier, based in Portsmouth.£30k-£35k40hrs per week - 8.30am-5pmOur client caters to both homeowners and trade customers, and cover Hampshire, Surrey, London and across the South East!Responsibilities

Create clear daily, weekly and monthly production schedules for the team to followOverseeing manufacturing and production proceduresMonitoring productivity ratesDecide the materials and workforce needed to meet production deadlinesCarry out all necessary machine checks and maintain paperworkManage the team\''s time keeping, holiday entitlement, absenteeism, and appraisals, ensuring holidays taken are coordinated so that production is not affectedQualifications

Previous leadership experience in a factory/warehouse environmentThorough understanding of mechanical systemsTo motivate and support your teamA background in windows would be an advantage but not essentialBenefits / Additional Information
