You will be passionate about film content and enjoy working collaboratively across multiple delivery service lines.You will work on a variety of projects across all Inizio Engage XD clients within our Film Team.Our projects include; explainer films, patient case studies, internal engagement, branded content, strategic vision films, event and exhibition content across multiple platforms.You will work with our wider film and operations team, providing support by running, scheduling and delivering content following the agreed delivery schedule and requirements.You will report into the Senior Production ManagerWhat you''ll do …Pre-production and Briefs: responsibilities to include:Provide detailed schedules and project plansCosting projects and managing budgets on ProcimInvoicing through our Finance teamCreate POs on OracleOversee production insurance with our Risk team, licencing and permitsArrange, negotiating and managing resources both internal and externalProduction responsibilities to include:Production bookings and logisticsManage expenditure and ensuring project remain in budgetPartner with clients and joining calls and attending meetingsSupporting wider team on production paperwork including call sheets, release forms, risk assessments, supply of services, all international paperwork, partnering with internal Health and Safety team to ensure production is compliantPost-production and delivery: responsibilities to include:Ensure delivery to brief and on schedule within required formatsOversee financial reconciliation and reportingObtain Clearcast and Veeva approvalsAll post-production paperworkArchiving paperwork and project files during project closureWhat you''ll need to have …Experience working on the whole production process, from setting up the pre-production through to managing post-production workflows is necessary .Experience working on delivery schedulesExperience work as part of teams of all sizes in a busy production environmentExperience utilising rate cards and differentiate between in and out rates.Experience managing margins when inputting internal and external costs across project timelines using company software tools and monitoring project billings.Experience managing a range of different shootsKnowledge of multi-platform formats and deliverables with the ability to work with different service linesCommercially aware of current market ratesClient-facing experience and the ability to build client relationsKnowledge of creating multiscreen contentEvent and Exhibition experience desirableGreat compensation package25 days'' annual leave plus public holidays, company closure over Christmas plus a personal ..... full job details .....
