Pay: In region of £30,000 depending upon experience
We are looking for a Workshop Controller / Production Manager to join our Client''s Yacht Repair team in Brundall, Norfolk.
Responsibilities
Manage the efficiency of Marine Engineers / Technicians; book in work and allocate tasks; provide general administrative and customer service duties to keep the department running.
Stock control.
Booking in work (from sales department and private customers).
Preparing quotes and invoices.
Taking payments.
Overseeing Health and Safety.
Updating customers regarding the progress of work.
Requirements
Strong administrative skills.
Effective communication skills - in person and via telephone / email.
Able to juggle a busy workload.
Able to work as part of a team in a friendly, good-natured workplace.
Knowledge of Health and Safety is beneficial.
