On offer is the opportunity to work for an established manufacturing company who specialise in the production of components along with a variety of additive services for their clients such as testing and treatments. The role will revolve around managing a busy shop floor and team of around 30 staff, you will be ensuring that production runs smoothly, staff are meeting KPIs, heath and safety standards are being followed along with a focus on improving current processes. This role would suit a Production Manager who is looking to manage a growing production facility, ensuring that targets are met and taking lead in the implementation of Continuous Improvement projects to improve the factories efficiency.
