Are you a Production Manager looking to work for a growing company, taking charge of a busy, modern factory and leading the implementation of CI projects and Lean manufacturing?

On offer is the opportunity to work for an established manufacturing company who specialise in the production of components along with a variety of additive services for their clients such as testing and treatments.

The role will revolve around managing a busy shop floor and team of around 30 staff, you will be ensuring that production runs smoothly, staff are meeting KPIs, heath and safety standards are being followed along with a focus on improving current processes.

This role would suit a Production Manager who is looking to manage a growing production facility, ensuring that targets are met and taking lead in the implementation of Continuous Improvement projects to improve the factories efficiency.

The Role

• Overseeing all production and services
• Managing a team of 30
• Implementing CI and Lean Manufacturing

The Person

• Production Manager or similar
• Has a background in Continuous Improvement
• Commutable to Huddersfield
