Production Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be partnered with AMG Chrome in their search for a Production Manager to oversee a specialist manufacturing process at their Rotherham site, controlling safety, quality, yield and efficiency. From their site in Rotherham, AMG have been manufacturing specialist metals for over 80 years and are a world-renowned supplier to the super-alloy, aerospace, steel, hard-facing, welding and aluminium industries. As the site continues its growth, the incoming Production Manager will have the opportunity to control and drive the performance of the production team in the unit, identifying areas for improvement whilst delivering against customer needs. Health and Safety, Quality, Productivity, Efficiency, Yield and Output will be key topics of the Production Manager''s focus, driving these from the shop floor as well as reporting on them in the managers'' meetings. The manufacturing unit will continually develop to improve how it meets customer needs, and the Production Manager will have the authority to demonstrate their expertise and make changes where necessary.
