Production Line Operative

The Job People are looking for Production Line Operatives to join a busy horticulture facility in Daventry. We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.Previous production line experience is desirable but not essential. Some lifting will be required - moving products / stock / boxes. Must be able to read and understand English. Shift Hours as a Production Line Operative:Fixed day shift Monday - Friday8am till 5pm 40 hours per week.Pay Rates for Production Line Operative: 13.8 per hour basic rate Overtime available Opportunity to get a full time contract Duties as a Production Line Operative in Daventry: Supporting the production lineEnsuring the product is moving to keep up with line speedsLabel and Box bottled goodsAble to identify products and separate different products for orders Some lifting / repetitive work required House keeping Follow HandS practices at all timesFollow all processes required Loading/Unloading/Palletise stock for delivery.
