Production Line Operative

The Job People are looking for Production Line Operatives to join a busy horticulture facility in Daventry.

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Previous production line experience is desirable but not essential.

Some lifting will be required - moving products / stock / boxes.

Must be able to read and understand English.

Shift Hours as a Production Line Operative:

• Fixed day shift
• Monday - Friday
• 8am till 5pm
• 40 hours per week.

Pay Rates for Production Line Operative:

• -13.8 per hour basic rate
• Overtime available
• Opportunity to get a full time contract

Duties as a Production Line Operative in Daventry:

• Supporting the production line
• Ensuring the product is moving to keep up with line speeds
• Label and Box bottled goods
• Able to identify products and separate different products for orders
• Some lifting / repetitive work required
• House keeping
• Follow H&S practices at all times
• Follow all processes required
• Loading/Unloading/Palletise stock for delivery.
