Production Engineer Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire Salary: 35,000 - 43,000 Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Job Type: Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Working Arrangement: Full-time, on-site White Label Recruitment are working with a growing electronics manufacturing business that is looking to recruit a Production Engineer to join its manufacturing team. The business designs and manufactures bespoke HMI solutions and supplies products into a range of demanding sectors, including marine, medical, defence and aerospace and industrial markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Engineer who enjoys working closely with production, solving manufacturing problems and driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, supporting NPI and ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely and to the required quality standards. The Role Analyse, develop and improve existing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure a smooth transition from design into manufacture. Identify and resolve production issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows and risk assessments.
