Production Engineer

In this role, you will work on cutting-edge products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes and high-quality outcomes. This position involves supporting production floors globally, troubleshooting issues, and driving improvements in hardware, software, and testing environments. Responsibilities:Lead hardware, ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), and software changes for new and legacy products, including NPI (New Product Introduction) and EOL (End of Life) updates.Develop and implement testing procedures for new products, including test station duplication, wiring, validation, and ongoing support.Conduct failure analysis and reliability testing for critical product components.Provide technical support to local and global production floors.Collaborate with production line engineers to deploy and maintain testers at international production sites.Document and communicate results effectively to peers and management.Drive continuous improvement in production processes and systems.
